Visibility Settings

Set Your Sharing / Visibility Settings (IMPORTANT)

For each artwork, you’ll choose how it can be used and viewed. The labels may vary slightly in the interface, but the logic is:

A) Visibility (who can see it)

  • Public: visible in the catalog and eligible for curation

  • Unlisted/Link-only: not broadly visible, but usable if selected and shared

  • Private: hidden; not eligible for curation until changed

Recommended default: Public (unless the work is not ready or is client-exclusive)

B) Availability (how Blackdove can use it)

You may see toggles such as:

  • Available for Streaming (included in subscription-based art streaming)

  • Available for Licensing / Sale (available for purchase/licensing if enabled)

  • Not Available (hold back from all placements)

Recommended default: turn ON what you want curated, and keep “Private / Not Available” only for works you’re not ready to share.
