Instructions for converting a Tokenframe to use Blackdove software.
Tokenframe is an Android based display. Blackdove offers conversion of the Tokenframe display to use Blackdove software in two way:
1. Google Play Store download of the Blackdove Canvas App
2. Sideloading of the Blackdove APK directly to display via USB
Step 1: Break the bootup sequence of the Tokenframe app
1. Plug in a mouse to the display
2. Power off the display
3. Power on the display while holding down the mouse keys (try various combinations)
This should bring you to the Android home page.
Step 2: Google Play Store (if the Play Store is available
1. Navigate to Blackdove Canvas App and Download
2. Scan the QR code on bootup with Blackdove mobile app
if Google Play Store is not available;
Step 3: Download APK to USB and sideload
